We have just returned from our stay at Island Beach Lodge. I would have to say the standard of the accommodation was exceptional. The Lodge was well suited for our family holiday as the layout enabled our group to be accommodated throughout the rooms which suited both the adults and the children, including the “big children”. The bathrooms and ensuites were great for each family unit to have some privacy etc. My mother was looking for a house to share with our tribe on KI where she has some history with relatives living there past and present she also spent some time there as a child, staying at Island Beach Lodge provide a fabulous base to explore the Island or relax in style and comfort with a splendid view. The check out time also worked well with our ferry schedule which was great to be able to pack up and depart without being rushed, especially with the kids.
…the accommodation and extras provided were above and beyond my expectations and we were all more than happy with the standard provided.
The location and the superb design and layout of the house made our holiday a great get away at one of my favourite SA holiday locations. I look forward to the opportunity to use this exceptional holiday accommodation again.
